Pulaski County CASA
Light of Hope Breakfast 2021
Light of Hope (LOH) is a one-hour, free informational breakfast that takes place each year to bring focus to the plight of abused and neglected children in our community. LOH is a fundraising event that not only highlights the needs of children in foster care, but also spotlights the positive impact that volunteer CASA Advocates have on the cases we are assigned to.
Pulaski County CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) presents the Light of Hope Breakfast each year to raise awareness and financial support to serve the children that are navigating the foster care system. At any given time, there are between 600 and 700 children in care in Pulaski County alone. Our CASA program served over 286 of those children last year and our sponsors and donors for the LOH event allow us to increase the number of children that will benefit from having a CASA Advocate assigned to their case. Your support has a huge impact on the children we serve and provides them a Voice in Court through the volunteer CASA Advocates that serve them.
